About Dr. Lisa Yvette Jones

Lisa Yvette Jones is the Chief Caring Officer of iC.A.R.E. Leadership, LLC. As a Leadership and Life Transformation Strategist, Lisa supports professional aspiring and seasoned women leaders to maximize their leadership influence, to C.A.R.E. (Cultivate Authentic Relationships to Empower Employees), and to live out their Self-Care S.U.C.C.E.S.S. while in faith, wholistically valuing, transforming, and humanizing the employment experience, head, hands, and heart. We, at iC.A.R.E. Leadership believe that compassionate caring as a corporate culture is the catalyst for empowering leadership, employee engagement, inspiring innovation, strengthening employee retention, and creating high performance- sustainable organizational success.

Although Lisa has over 30 years in the Federal Sector. As a leader, coach speaker, trainer, and mentor; she is passionate about leading successful, high performance and well-balanced teams and teaching leaders to do the same. 

While living a full-circle life of care for self and care for others; leaders can Lead Well, Look Well, Live Well, and Love Well. Having conquered stage 3 cervical health crisis and releasing over two hundred (200) pounds, Lisa knows that self-care for leaders is not selfish, it is necessary. As an early detection cancer ambassador for the American Cancer Society, and as an 11 times best-selling author, and global speaker, Lisa is also saving lives by promoting early detection cancer awareness and sharing her life changing testimony to live.

Lisa is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, and Called Coach Institute Certified Teacher, Trainer, Speaker, Les Brown Power Voice Systems Graduate, Dale Carnegie Leadership Development Graduate, she is an International Speaker, and an Amazon Best-Selling Author. Lisa also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Counseling, and awarded an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration.
